Under Sales Activities - KPIs, you can find all your created meters, and you can also create new ones here.

In the free text field, you can search across all parameters.

Create a new meter

To create a new meter, click Create.

To create a new meter, click Create.

  1. Name
Give the meter a name that clearly indicates what it shows.
In Description, you can add additional information about the object.

  2. Type
Select the type of data you want to measure.
Choose which unit should be measured.

  3. Page
Select on which page the meter should be displayed. To create a new page/tab, type the name you want the page to have.
Select Category. To create a new category, type the name you want the category to have.

  4. Date
Select the date range, either by date or by delivery date.
If the object is linked to, for example, a campaign or marketing question where dates are already defined, you do not need to specify dates here. In that case, the date will be retrieved from the campaign or marketing question that you link to the object under Conditions.

  5. Conditions
Click the arrow to choose conditions for your meter, for example, a campaign, product, or chain.
You can specify multiple conditions for your meter.
If you check “Not,” you exclude that condition from your meter.
If you want the object to be shown on the Home page under My KPIs, check this box.

  6. District
Check which salespeople should be included in the meter’s results.

When finished, click Create.

Base Data

If you check Main Salesperson, all results will be reported under the main salesperson and not under any subordinate sellers.

Here you can specify a grouping for your meter. Multiple meters can be linked to the same grouping.

Row and column are used to set an order among the meters.
When there are multiple rows, you can assign columns within each row, for example: Row 1, Column 1; 1-2; 1-3; 1-4; 1-5; 2-1; 2-2, and so on.

If there are multiple categories on the same page, they can also be sorted according to the same principle.

These choices will be included in the Excel export.

Conditions

Select a Supplier if applicable; then the meter will only be visible to users authorized for that supplier.

If you do not want the forecast to be displayed, you can hide it by checking Hide Forecast.

Check Show under “Home” in BI if you want your meter to be visible on the start page.

Under Permissions, select who should be able to view the meter. If you select Automatic, the meter will be visible to everyone.

Target

Click the pencil icon to enter a budget for your meter.

Check which salespeople should be followed up.
You can set a budget per region or per salesperson.

If you want to set it per region, enter the goal to the right of the region name; the budget will be distributed among the included salespeople.

If you want to set it per salesperson, enter the goal to the right of each salesperson.

Click Save.

Copy

Select the meter you want to copy and click Create Copy.

Then open the copy and make the necessary adjustments.
