Here you can see your inventory orders.

Click Create to create a new inventory order.

Enter the From and To dates (these are the dates during which the inventory order will be visible to the sales force).
Then click Next. If any required fields are not filled in, you will not be able to continue.

In the next step, you add the customers for whom this inventory order should be visible.

Click the three dots.

Search for and select the customers you want to add. You can apply filters such as block, chain, customer category, campaign chain, etc.

You can also apply filters based on parameters from the Statistics tab in the customer card.
In the example below, a filter is set on Chain and Customer Category.

If you want to select all the customers in your search result, tick the top checkbox.

You can also select customers one by one.

It is also possible to include inactive customers in the inventory order.

Another way to link customers to an inventory order is by using an Excel file (e.g., a customer list from Argus). Select the customer numbers you want to link to the inventory order and copy them.

Then go to Argus, click the three dots next to customers, and select From clipboard. The customers you copied from Excel will then be linked to the inventory order.

When the customers are added, click Next.

In the final step, you add the product assortment that should be linked to the inventory order.

Click the three dots.

Search for and select the articles you want to add. You can apply filters such as product group, subgroup, supplier, etc.

You can also apply filters based on parameters from the Statistics tab in the customer card.

If you want to select all the articles in your search result, tick the top checkbox. You can also select articles one by one.
