Under Sales Activities - KPIs, you can find all your created meters, and here you can import goals/budgets.
Click "Download template" to export all your meters.
Fill in the desired goal/budget for each district and meter.
Click Save.
Click "Import from template" to upload the goals/budget.
Done!
